Project Meeting
The first interaction will give the designer valuable information required to design your dreams. The feedback on choice, color, caste, religion, style and behaviour helps the designer to offer the best design with optimum functionality.
Site Analysis
Designer analysis the site on available natural resources like light, air, climate, surroundings, ambience etc and feeling the vibes to create the right structure. Site measurements, planning and requirements are also considered at this stage.
Requirements
A detailed list of requirements is created based on initial 2 meetings and is further sorted to understand how they can be fulfilled. Designer shares opinions and suggestions for clients to choose what is right for them including execution timelines.
Discussion
Before starting design work this is a final discussion wherein ideas are concluded with layout, design and material options. Selection of brands for electrical fittings and electronic gadgets are also discussed to be embedded in the layout by the designer.
Presentation
Based on final discussion 2D/3D layouts designs with 3 options are presented by the designer, all possible options and doubts are finally cleared and concluded at this stage. The client gets a final visual understanding on how their dreams will take shape.
Costing & Budget
Once the designs are approved and aligned with client perception a detailed costing is discussed based upon available budget and related quality of materials. We focus on absolute transparency when it comes to procurement of materials and execution.
Confirmation & Commissioning
Designer and Client sign the contract confirming everything that is required to start the project. Timelines on execution of presented design and finances are also concluded at this stage and the civil work is started based upon mutual confirmation.
Site Updates
Designer & execution team regularly monitor progress of work and is shared with the client on regular intervals with complete transparency. This step is helpful in case the client seeks any change or variation in presented design.
Handover & Support
Deep cleaning of completed site with removal of debris and other waste is done at this stage to handover the site. Designer along with client gather décor artifacts to be placed/installed before the client finally moves in. Full concierge support is given to client for hassle free transfer which is a critical part for the newly designed space.
